Woodslide tunable solid-wood didgeridoo

"I design my didgeridoos as musical instruments that bridge the original didgeridoo and today's music, meeting its demands for accurate tuning, precision, playability and quality. I can offer didgeridoos in several keys thanks to a system I developed that ensures a perfect seal between the tubes. Working solid wood lets me play with the inner profiles of the tubes and shape a real sound. Wood is a truly noble material, and I love combining different species. Beyond the aesthetic effect, the choice of woods adds beautiful nuances to the tone.

Handcrafted in France

My instruments are made locally in Bouguenais-Les Couëts, on the outskirts of Nantes. My European woods come from Normandy and Brittany, and my exotic woods from reuse channels. I try to reduce my environmental impact as much as possible, notably by planting trees to offset my consumption. By design, my didgeridoos also use little material: the bell, with its very distinctive design, is above all a technique that avoids using overly large sections of wood while reusing offcuts, which I also use for the mouthpieces and joints."
