Cosmicbow 6 strings
The Cosmicbow is a harmonic musical instrument invented by Christopher Vila in fall 2008. It can have 4 to 8 strings. The stick sets the strings in vibration, which in turn causes the wood to vibrate. The mouth rests on the thinner spoon-shaped part at the end, and modulates the harmonics through internal movements. The apparently "electronic" sounds that come out are natural and do not require the addition of effects; you can produce exactly the same effects without a microphone. Dozens of different tunings are possible on each instrument. The cosmicbow is part of the family of mouth bows (traditionally equipped with one or two strings) which are among the oldest stringed instruments of humanity.
Current tuning: F# B D# – E C# A Or F# B D# – E C# G# Many other possible tunings to explore! A marvel, pure joy, generous sound, super rich, vibrant to the fullest, both very ample and very sharp, an instrument of intoxication!

How is Cosmicbow played? A bit like the jaw harp, it is the mouth which serves as a resonance box, but with more mobility in the jaws and lips, and also the possibility of singing while continuing to strike the strings with the stick. Since all the strings are tunable, simply tune the Cosmicbow to another tuning to find yourself with another instrument in your hands, exploring other landscapes... You can dive into it without knowing anything about it, just. follow the ear, and the heart. No need for references, we open our own paths!
